Start with your service agreement

Go Massive LLC provides marketing services with different scopes, schedules, and costs. The proposed approach is to set out the cancellation and refund terms in a written service agreement before work begins.

This page is a draft framework. It does not add a cancellation charge, promise a refund, or change an existing agreement or any rights provided by applicable law.

Requesting a cancellation

The final policy will identify where to send a written cancellation request and what information is needed to identify the service or project.

To be confirmed: the required notice period, when a cancellation takes effect, and how the request is acknowledged.

Website and one-time projects

A project agreement should explain how cancellation is handled before work starts, during a milestone, and after delivery. It should also explain the treatment of completed work, deposits, remaining balances, and any materials to be handed over.

To be confirmed: which payments, if any, are refundable at each project stage and how any refund amount is calculated.

Ongoing monthly services

For ongoing marketing services, the agreement should state the billing schedule, renewal arrangements, any minimum term, and the steps needed to end the service.

To be confirmed: the cancellation deadline before renewal, treatment of a partially used billing period, and any transition work.

Advertising and third-party costs

Advertising budgets, domains, hosting, software, and other third-party purchases may have separate provider terms. The service agreement should identify who pays each provider and how cancellations or unused balances are handled.

This draft does not promise that a third-party provider will return funds or waive a charge.

Refund review and payment

The final policy will explain how to request a review, what supporting information is needed, and how any approved refund is paid.

To be confirmed: eligibility rules, review and processing times, payment method, and any exclusions permitted by applicable law.

Access and handover

Before a service ends, both parties should agree on any remaining deliverables, account access changes, files, and handover responsibilities. Access to business-owned accounts should be handled securely.

Contact and request instructions will be added when this policy is approved.
