Social media management

Let people see the business behind the service.

Your everyday work gives customers a reason to trust you. We help turn your projects, team photos, and helpful advice into a consistent social presence that feels like your business.

Let’s talk about your business ↗

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Practical work.
A clear purpose.

We agree on the scope before we start,
so you know what to expect.

01

A practical content plan

We choose useful topics around your services, seasonal questions, projects, and team. Posting frequency is agreed around the material available and the work involved.

02

Posts built from real work

We help shape your approved photos and project notes into clear posts. We avoid making up customer stories, results, or qualifications.

03

Consistent presentation

Your colors, tone, services, and contact details should feel connected across your website and social pages. We help keep those basics in order.

04

Publishing and review

We agree on approvals and publishing responsibilities, then review which topics help people learn about your business. Message handling is defined separately in the scope.

WHAT THIS CAN LOOK LIKE

A familiar situation.

A landscaping team shares a completed project, the problem they solved, and the area they serve. Someone saves the post for later or shares it with a neighbor. Real work gives the business something useful to talk about.

Illustrative example, not a client result.

HOW WE WORK

One step at a time.

01 /

Get to know your business

Choose the channels and topics that fit your customers.

02 /

Create and approve

Turn approved photos and project details into a content plan.

03 /

Publish and learn

Keep a steady presence and review useful responses.

What we look at

We review reach and engagement in context, alongside profile visits and relevant inquiries where available. Follower counts alone do not tell you whether the work is helping the business.

What we need from you

Access to your business pages, approved photos, upcoming projects, service details, and a point of contact for content approvals. Permission matters when showing customers or their homes.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s make it clear.

Do you come out to photograph our work?+

Content capture is discussed separately. The starting plan uses photos and information you supply; any additional production needs are agreed first.

Does this include paid social advertising?+

Organic posting and paid campaigns are different services. We can plan them together, with a clear scope and budget for each.

Will you answer every message?+

Response responsibilities and hours need to be agreed. We do not imply round-the-clock customer service unless it is specifically arranged.
